Who We Are
Equator College (Formerly known as Equator Academy of Art) was founded in 1987. Equator College is now a recognised brand name as the leading art, media, and design college in northern Malaysia.
Our academy has two campuses: one in Leith Street and the other in Amoy Lane. Both campuses are situated in the heart of George Town, Penang. The college offers qualified students well-structured programmes of study with up-to-date curricular as well as comprehensive training to fulfill the demands of the art, media, and design industries.

Equator College offers courses related to media, art or design which are interior design course, architecture course, multimedia design course, fashion design course malaysia, 3D animation course and professional short courses. The types of short courses that we offer range from interior design to architecture. We also offer other short courses such as fashion design, computer graphics and many more.
Yes, although we are a college that specializes in art, media and design we do offer degree courses. The degree courses that we offer are Bachelor of Fine Art (Hons) Graphic Communication & Bachelor of Science (Hons) Architecture.
